ITIL v4 PDF

ITIL v4 is the fourth and current edition of the ITIL IT framework. It was published in February 2019 as the official successor to ITIL v3, although the fourth version can essentially be regarded as an extension, i.e. a further development of v3. The fundamental principles of the previous edition remain applicable also in ITIL v4, where the same type of approach with which ITIL v3 was created is continued, with the aim of creating an efficient delivery of IT services, which is the main goal of the guide. This new version strengthens and deepens some important areas such as transparency, collaboration and automation.
